Whilst users are working in Trades Pro adding new clients raising invoices and marking as paid, all the data is quietly being synced. Syncing does not require any interaction by the user, Trades Pro does it all for you! This integration can save users hours of time each week updating accounts with invoices raised, amended or marked as paid.
Sage, Quickbooks, Xero and Kashflow can connect directly to your bank account so when your clients pay their invoices directly into your account, the payment is automatically updated as paid in those account packages.
In the scenarios where banks are connected to the user’s accounts package, Trades Pro allows the user to remove paid syncing of invoices to avoid duplication.
Establishing integration with your preferred accounts package is made simpler using our integration experts. For a modest low one time fee, we can set up the integration for you. To do this we share screens remotely and work with you to create the integration, typically this takes 1 hour to establish the connection.
